BP series plate unit straightening machine
The automation and numerical control of the equipment are high, reflecting the international advanced technology. It can realize the bottom plate leveling function of U rib plate weldment and T plate weldment. The flatness in the length direction of the vertical plate unit can be corrected and the flatness in the length direction of the U plate unit can be improved. The equipment is equipped with front and rear feeding rollers, which can automatically feed and facilitate the measurement of the flatness of the bottom plate. The hydraulic system adopts imported proportional valve and pressure sensor device, which can accurately control the position and pressure. The electric control system adopts automatic control technology, sensor detection and signal processing technology, which has the advantages of convenient diagnosis and simple operation.
