The numerical control multilateral groove forming machine is a groove processing line that can simultaneously process the upper groove, lower groove and blunt edge of multiple sides of sheet metal through one feeding. Each side of the main machine is composed of 3 sets of independently driven milling units, which respectively complete the processing of the upper groove, the lower groove and the blunt edge on one side. The left and right hosts can automatically adjust the width of the processing plate according to the requirements. The upper and lower groove milling units can automatically feed horizontally to change the size of the blunt edge. The model has compact structure, few control points and high cost performance.

The upper and lower slope milling units can automatically feed horizontally to change the size of the blunt edge, and have the functions of automatic adjustment of 0~45 angle, up and down lifting, etc. When the groove angle changes, there is no need to replace the angle cutter head, and the degree of automation is high.
